The Right Fit Rewards - FAQ
What is Submit Receipt?
Receipt Submission is for purchases made at our counters in Department Stores. Members get to accumulate points by submitting the receipt when shopping at our Department Store counters.

Locate our Departmental Store Counters:
  • Sorella
  • Pierre Cardin Lingerie
  • Young Hearts Lingerie
Do note that your purchases made online and in our retail stores will automatically earn points, you do not need to submit the online or in-store receipt again.
How do I submit receipt?
  1. Login to your The Right Fit Rewards Member Portal
  2. Tap the “Submit Receipt” icon shown on the homepage
  3. Take a picture of your receipt using the ‘Camera’ icon, enter the information required and tap on ‘Submit’.
  4. Points will be credited into your account within 14 working days.
Is there a duration limit to submit receipt?
Receipt must be submitted within 48 hours of the time of purchase. The following receipt details must be shown clearly in the submitted receipt image:
  • Departmental Store name
  • Date & time
  • Total Amount
  • Receipt Number
  • Payment Method
Please retain your receipts after submission as you may be contacted to re-submit them in the event of submission errors or missing details.
Printed receipts are not available at a store, can I still use handwritten receipts to earn Points?
Only printed receipts generated from the departmental store are accepted for accumulation of The Right Fit Rewards Points.

Please ensure that the store name, store address, total amount and date is clearly visible on the receipt.

We also do not accept payment slips from credit cards, debit cards and NETs.
Can I combine The Right Fit Rewards Points with my family member or friend?
Points earned by different individuals cannot be combined.
Can the same receipt be submitted twice?
No, the same receipt can only be submitted once. Multiple submissions will be rejected as duplicates.
How do I check my receipt submission status?
You may login to your The Right Fit Rewards Member Portal and tap on the ‘Check Submission’ icon to view the submission status.

How do I change or update my personal details?
You can update your personal details in My Profile section.

Please contact us via this form to request to change your Birthday. Do note that your Birthday can only be updated once.
How will my spends be accumulated when I spend across more than 1 website?
As for now, The Right Fit Rewards is available to customers shopping via Sorella website, Pierre Cardin Lingerie website and Young Hearts Lingerie website.

Your points will accumulate across all the 3 websites and you can use them to redeem at any website.

Do note that The Right Fit Rewards is only available for stores located in Singapore.
